Copyright Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Copyright Policy explains how intellectual property works on the Influink platform, operated by Influink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Influink", "we", "us", or "our"), and how to report infringement.

1. Ownership of the Platform

The Influink platform — including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, AI matchmaking technology, and all related content — is the property of Influink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

© 2026 Influink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. All rights reserved.

2. Trademarks

The "Influink" name, wordmark, and logo are trademarks of Influink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted on branded assets we provide to you (such as campaign collateral or media kits generated through the platform).

3. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you upload to Influink — your profile details, photos, videos, portfolio samples, and campaign materials.

Licence to us: By uploading content, you grant Influink a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting our services (for example, showing your creator profile to brands or a campaign to creators).

Your responsibility: You confirm that you own or have the necessary licences and permissions for all content you upload, including rights to any music, footage, or third-party materials it contains.

4. Content Between Users

Content shared between brands and creators on the platform — such as campaign briefs, product images, and submitted posts — belongs to the user who created it and is shared for the purpose of the collaboration. It may not be republished, reused, or redistributed outside the collaboration without the owner's permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content.

• Use Influink's name, logo, or branding to imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

• Upload content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party.

• Resell, license, or commercially exploit the platform or data accessed through it.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Influink infringes your copyright, send us a notice through our contact form including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.

• The URL or location of the infringing material on the platform.

• Your contact information and a statement of your good-faith belief in the infringement.

We review all reports promptly and may remove or disable access to infringing material, and suspend accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
