Data Deletion Policy

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data stored on our platform. This includes:

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)

• Your creator profile and associated metrics

• Campaign history and collaboration records

• Messages and communications on the platform

• Uploaded content and media

You can request deletion of your data in two ways:

Option 1 — Through the platform: Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account.

Option 2 — Contact us directly: Email us at privacy@influink.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered email address for verification.

Important: Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.

• We will verify your identity within 48 hours of receiving your request.

• Once verified, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

• Some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes (e.g., financial transaction records).

Certain information may be retained even after deletion:

• Financial records: Payment and transaction data for tax compliance (retained up to 7 years as per Indian law).

• Legal obligations: Data required for ongoing legal proceedings.

• Anonymized data: Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data.
